Join our Family

Welcome to our school! We are excited to have you consider joining our family. This page will guide you through the application process step by step. Please find the essential steps outlined below.
 
First Step in the application process is to submit the following documents by emailing to our School Secretary:

Academic Records:
  • Application 
  • Most recent report card or transcript
  • Standardized test scores
  • Attendance record
  • IEP/504/ILP (if applicable)
  • ​Discipline record or statement of conduct

After all the necessary forms are returned we will begin the review process.

  2. Family Interview and Tour of facilities
  3. placement Testing (If needed)
  4. Decision & Written admission
