Welcome to our Middle School, the newest addition to Coosa Christian's educational family! Here, we cultivate a vibrant culture for our 5th to 8th grade students, guiding them through the transition to high school while embracing the challenges and changes of growing up. With a strong emphasis on spiritual growth, our dedicated chapel, praise team, and leadership programs foster a supportive environment. Our Spirit Club and Student Government Association (SGA) empower students to develop essential skills for their future! Everyone feels welcome at Coosa Middle School.

All Things Algebra
6th - 8th grade math curriculum
At Coosa Middle we implement the math program, "All Things Algebra"! Designed for students in grades 6-8, our curriculum ensures that by the end of 7th grade, a significant number of our students are prepared to tackle high school math in 8th grade. We focus on fostering math growth through engaging lessons that seamlessly integrate with our Science curriculum, creating a comprehensive learning experience that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Exciting English Experience
Live it and Learn it
In our English classes we implement a novel studies program, where we seamlessly integrate grammar and writing skills. Throughout the year, students engage in thematic projects, including our exciting Speak Life project. Here, they learn to write friendly letters, ultimately reaching out to the entire middle school. This experience not only equips them with valuable writing skills but also fosters connections with their fellow classmates.

From visiting the local and exploring Montgomery, to discovering the wonders of Cathedral Caverns and the Anniston Natural History Museum, our adventures enhance the curriculum and foster a strong sense of community. Students also enjoy trips to the Zoo and the Huntsville Space and Rocket Center, along with guided hikes in nearby forests.
